Last Second Adjustments

Made a few tweaks to the game

1. Changed the random generation event as one box was not correctly aligned
2. Changed the timer to be counting down instead of up so this will add urgency
3. Made interactive pieces and point generation not possible once the timer is at 0
4. Stopped the player from being able to move around after the level is complete.
